To register or purchase tickets for an event or program: review the event details on the calendar, call our Guest Experience Team during normal business hours, or visit the Garden (service fees may apply).

General Policy

Rescheduling WPS Garden of Lights Tickets

Guests will be able to reschedule tickets if it’s 72 hours or more before their scheduled date and time. Tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to attend the event. You cannot reschedule within 72 hours before your scheduled date and time, and tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to make it. Contact the Garden at 920.490.9457 or info@gbbg.org to reschedule your tickets. 

Education Registration & Refund Policy

After You Register for a Class

We will contact you the week of the program to confirm your enrollment. 

Dress according to the weather for all outdoor programs. 

No rain or snow dates are planned. Classes open one half-hour before starting time.

Class Policy

Camp Policy

Cancelations can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the start of camp. A $10 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations, the remainder will be refunded to you. No cancellations or refunds are available with less than two weeks’ notice.

Field Trip Policy

If the date or time of a scheduled tour must be changed, contact the Garden at least 2 weeks prior to your visit. All efforts will be taken to reschedule the visit; however, schedules fill up quickly during spring and fall seasons. If an alternate date cannot be planned, please request a refund.

Adult Tour Policy

If the date or time of a scheduled tour must be changed, contact the Garden at least 2 weeks prior to your visit. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, the deposit may be moved to another day but not refunded. All efforts will be taken to reschedule the visit.
