The Garden is a popular destination for group tours with 47 acres of display gardens and natural areas to explore throughout the seasons.

Join us for an herbal immersion. See, smell, and experience the wide variety of herbs used in culinary dishes, medicinal preparations, and overall wellness. Then, enjoy an herbal demonstration full of tastes, remedies, and recipes. You will create an herbal scrub to take home.
Limit: 50 people (15 person minimum)
Experience all the Garden has to offer at a pace that suits your group. Pick up Garden maps at the Fischer Visitor Center and explore formal gardens, native plantings, wooded trails, and more.
Adult: $13/person
Whether it’s for an organization or for your own get-together, you can purchase bulk daily admission passes to the Garden.

Bus Driver and Tour Escort (if applicable) receive free admission with paid group tour.
Need somewhere to eat lunch? Ask about a private room rental or the Mabel Thome Patio. Tour guests also receive a 10% discount on WPS Trellis Gift Shop purchases the day of their tour.
Group tours are welcome and encouraged to attend special events and exhibits.

Connecting nature, play, and learning, guests of all ages can experience the wonder of the Wisconsin wild through a variety of nature-based art sculptures and other features, including tree houses, a splash play area, hillside caves, and so much more.

The Garden welcomes group tours in November and December to come out during our WPS Garden of Lights to experience the light show in the evening. Call for group ticket pricing.
Restrooms are located in the Fischer Visitor Center and near the Bell Children’s Garden.
Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle are great ideas to stay safe and comfortable.
Dress comfortable for the weather (walking shoes, jacket, hat, etc.). Tours are held rain or shine, except for severe weather.
Free, onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Most paths are accessible, but some paths may be uneven in parts of the Garden. Wheelchairs or motorized scooters available upon request from April 1-November 1.
Include time for your group to assemble before and after your tour.
Benches are located throughout the Garden.
Cameras are welcome. Professional photographers must acquire a photo permit and review our photo policy.
To enhance your tour, the Garden offers complimentary listening devices. These devices allow you to better hear the stories and information shared, even if you stop to take photos or rest in the shade. Guests have the option to bring personal earbuds or headphones, but a clean earpiece and receiver are provided.
