Tickets may be rescheduled for any available night at no charge. Refunds are not available. To reschedule, contact our Guest Experience Team at 920.490.9457 or fill out the form below. Our Garden Team will be in contact with you to confirm your new tickets.
The Kids Glow Free discount (children 12 and under are free) is only valid on November 30. If you need to reschedule your Kids Glow Free tickets for a different date, regular admission applies. Rescheduling tickets to a different night may impact ticket costs due to Value and Peak Night pricing.
