- Tours must be arranged
at least four weeks in advance
- Tours are available
Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00
p.m.
- Tours last 1.5 hours.
- Please arrive on time.
Since there may be other tours scheduled for the day, we
will not be able to begin a tour early or compensate for
late arrivals.

| Program Fees: |
- $3.50 per person including children, teachers and
adult chaperones.
- Self-guided tours cost $2.00 per person admission.

| Group Size: |
GBBG can accommodate up to
45 students and 6 adults at a time. If your class
exceeds this size, please schedule additional tour
times. |
|
Self-Guided: |
Teachers who want to lead their own tour may do so during
our regular hours. With advance notice, the garden can offer
a written walk-through interpretation of the garden. This
self-guided tour is not coordinated with curriculum.

Lunch: |
GBBG is not able
to offer lunchroom facilities we recommend nearby Pamperin
Park.
|
|
Weather: |
- Tours are offered rain
or shine.
- Students are expected to
dress accordingly.
- In the event of severe
weather, indoor activities will be substituted at the
Garden’s discretion.

|
Cancellation Policy: |
- A full refund will be
issued if notice of cancellation is given at least 30
days in advance. A $20 fee will be charged for
cancellations made within 14 to 29 days of the tour. No
refund will be given for tours cancelled within 13 days
of the tour.
- If GBBG must cancel the
tour, the group will receive a full refund or the option
to set another tour date.

Visitors with Disabilities: |
|
While
the Visitors’ Center and paved paths are accessible to
people with disabilities, most guided tours will take groups
on unpaved paths that are not easily accessible by wheel
chair. Alternative tour accommodations for students with
disabilities are available by informing the School Tour
Coordinator. |

Busses: |
|
Students should be dropped off and picked up at the entrance
to the Visitors’ Center. Green Bay Botanical Garden is
located at 2600 Larsen Road in Green Bay (behind Northeast
Wisconsin Technical College). |

Sign Up for a Tour |
- Contact the School Tour Coordinator at 920.491.3691
ext. 107 (or
email schooltours@gbbg.org).
- Program fees and
registration form must be received within ten
business days to guarantee the requested date. When the
fees are received, the tour confirmation and visitor
guidelines will be sent.
- Payment can be made by phone with a Visa or
MasterCard, or by mail with a check.
- Remember to call us if something about your tour
changes.
