Green Bay Botanical Garden boasts three unique and beautiful ceremony sites:
Kaftan Lusthaus
The Kaftan Lusthaus offers an indoor facility with a Scandinavian feel. The interior features hand-painted rosemalling and quaint chandeliers. Located in the Garden, near the Lux Foundation Upper Rose Garden. It is perfect for smaller weddings. The Kaftan Lusthaus can seat up to 50 guests.
Rental Rates: Members: $675; Non-Members: $750 (plus a $200 security deposit if credit card information is not provided)

Kress Oval Garden
The Kress Oval is a colorful, perennial garden which includes a grassy area surrounded by two large white arbors, a peaceful water fountain and the beautiful Stumpf Belvedere. The Kress Oval seats approximately 150 guests.
Rental Rates: Members: $1,400; Non-Members: $1,550 (plus a $200 security deposit if credit card information is not provided)

Stumpf Belvedere
The Belvedere is an example of an early Grecian Gazebo. The stars, clouds, and moon cut into its roof capture the poetry of the view as much as the quote from Wisconsin Poet Laureate, Ellen Kort - "Circle the light...talk to stars...bless the seasons...let peace bloom like a rose...like the small sure lift of wings." It is the perfect spot for a small wedding - maximum 10 people (standing ceremony only).

No dressing area use is available with rental of the Stumpf Belvedere and there is no access to electricity.
Woodland Garden
The Woodland Garden has a naturalized style which contrasts beautifully with the more formal gardens that over look it. Native trees, shrubs and wildflowers surround a bluegrass lawn that was created as a setting perfect for a wedding ceremony. The Woodland Garden seats approximately 150 guests.
Rental Rates: Members: $950; Non-Members: $1,050 (plus a $200 security deposit if credit card information is not provided).

Wedding Rentals for each area include:
Two hour site reservation for ceremony
Chairs for your guests
Access to electricity (there are electrical boxes in both outdoor gardens and the Kaftan Lusthaus has wall outlets)
Photo opportunities in the Garden
1 hour dressing area use (there is a room in the lower level of the Visitors' Center which may be used for the bridal attendants; there is not a separate room for the groom or groomsmen to change)
Access to the site for a 45 minute rehearsal within 3 days prior to ceremony
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring our own minister/officiant?
Yes, you may select your own officiant.
Are photos allowed on the grounds before or after our ceremony?
Yes, while the ceremony site rental is 2 hours, you may wander the grounds and take photos during open Garden hours.
Is there an indoor space to move the ceremony in case of inclement weather?
The Garden has one indoor space (Kaftan Lusthaus) which holds approximately 50 guests. Should you rent one of our outdoor gardens, we cannot guarantee that the Lusthaus would be available. Tent rental arrangements (for an additional fee) can be made with our Site Rental Coordinator.
Receptions
Green Bay Botanical Garden is able to accommodate small wedding receptions in our lower level Conference Room. You may also rent a tent and have your reception on the grounds. To coordinate your ceremony and reception or to make plans to host your wedding reception at Green Bay Botanical Garden, please contact our Site Rental Coordinator.
