Facility Rentals

Whether planning a corporate event, shower, rehearsal dinner, receptions, anniversary or birthday party, meeting or family reunion, Green Bay Botanical Garden has space to meet your needs. 

The Garden offers three locations:

Visitors' Center Conference Room

 Located in the lower level of Green Bay Botanical Garden's Visitors' Center, this year-round facility will meet all of your group's needs.

Amenities:

  • Room capacity is 55 at round tables; 60 theatre style.
  • AV equipment can be rented: podium/microphone, slide projector/screen, erasable dry board, overhead projector and a VCR/DVD/TV (all subject to availability)
  • Linens & napkins are available for rent; prices vary.

Half day and full day rental available.  Hours of use include set-up and break down.  Minimum rental of 4 hours.

*Admission to the Garden is not included with the rental of the Conference Room.  Admission is $3.50/person.

Kaftan Lusthaus

Located in the Garden, near the Lux Foundation Upper Rose Garden.

Amenities:

  • The Kaftan Lusthaus is a Scandinavian gazebo with doors and windows and can accommodate 35-50 people.
  • This striking building is decorated with the colors yellow, blue and white with a tiled floor, chandeliers and walls adorned with beautiful rosemalling.
  • Linens & napkins are available for rent; prices vary.
  • Equipped with power and heat.
  • The Kaftan Lusthaus is a three season facility.

Half day and full day rental available.  Hours of use include set-up and break down.  Minimum rental of 4 hours.

*Admission to the Garden is included with the rental of the Kaftan Lusthaus for up to 35 people.  Additional passes are $3.50/person.

Woodland Garden

Located just a short walk from the Visitors' Center, this venue occupies a tranquil valley.  Its naturalized style contrasts beautifully with the more formal gardens that over look it.

  • Woodland Garden can accommodate approximately 150 people.
  • Equipped with power.
  • Linens & napkins are available for rent; prices vary.
  • Tables and chairs are not included.

*Admission to the Garden is included with the rental of the Woodland Garden for up to 35 people.  Additional passes are $3.50/person.

Outdoor Tents

Tents are available for rent during normal operating hours and can be placed in various areas of the Garden.
