Fermentation: an ancient method of food preservation, and newly appreciated promoter of gastro-intestinal health. We'll make sauerkraut, kimchi, and bread starters. Bring your favorite mandolin and/or chopping knife, a cutting board, and two wide-mouth pint jars with lids.
