Instructor: Clara Hedrich – La Clare Farms

When Larry and Clara Hedrich purchased their farm in 1978 along with it came two goats, two peacocks and a flock of laying hens. Today they milk over 450 dairy goats, make cheese, have a retail store and a cafe all under one roof. It is truly a family run business as four of their five children are in business with them. Learn about the dairy goat, the industry in Wisconsin, get an insight into LaClare Farms and have a chance to sample some of the cheeses made from the quality goat milk produced on their farm. Product will be available for purchase.
