Food Dehydrating & Drying Your Garden's Bounty

Drying foods is one way to preserve your garden's bounty. In this class Judy will demonstrate how to dry fruits, vegetables, meat and herbs using a food dehydrator, microwave and other simple methods. There will also be suggestions on how to use dried foods in food preparation.
