8 week session: Thursdays, June 13 -August 8; 8:30-9:30 am
Instructor: Eric Peters – Tai Chi Instructor 
Tai Chi, a mind-body practice, consists of a series of slow graceful movements that are combined with deep breathing. Movements are without strain, and provide exercise and toning for every part of the body. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can benefit from its practice. Minimum of 8 needed to run this class. No class July 4th. Class will be held in Kaftan Lusthaus.
