Wild Ones Green Bay Meeting (April 4)
Location: Green Bay Botanical Garden
On The Edge: Using Native Plants in Part Sun/Part Shade
Molly Fifield Murray, Outreach and Education Manager, University of Wisconsin - Madison Arboretum
Not enough sun for a prairie? Not enough shade for a woodland? There are many native plants for these rather difficult areas. It’s all a matter of matching the plant to the light available – considering soil type and moisture as well. Molly Fifield Murray has been the Outreach and Education Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Arboretum for 20 years. Trained in landscape restoration and native garden design, she has taught about and designed native wildflower gardens as both an educator and design consultant.
