Starting to stock up for the gardening season? Green Bay Botanical Garden is once again here to help you find what you need to build a beautiful garden and landscape your yard! We are offering some great products to get you started. This is a once-a-year fundraising sale of bagged cocoa bean mulch, potting soil and more. Here is what we are offering this year:
Cocoa Bean Mulch—Mulch used to minimize weeds and retain moisture. Cocoa bean mulch is an excellent organic soil amendment. Sold in 2 cubic foot plastic bags. One bag covers 24 square feet at 1” deep.

Cocoa Bean & Rice Hull Mix—Mix has all the benefits of cocoa bean mulch plus the non-matting property of rice hulls. A great mulch and soil amendment. Sold in 2 cubic foot bags--covers 24 square feet at 1” deep.

Fafard Mix 3B—Thepotting soil used at Green Bay Botanical Garden. An excellent, general purpose mix containing peat moss, perlite, vermiculite and about one fourth processed bark. Recommended for flowering and bedding plants, hanging baskets, foliage plants and interiorscape. Sold in 2.8 cubic foot plastic bags.

The deadline for ordering products will be Monday, April 4th. Please pre-order the products you wish to purchase because there will be a limited amount of products for sale the days of the event. Advance payments are also required. Order forms are available at Green Bay Botanical Garden and at www.gbbg.org. Members-Only pick-up is on Friday, April 29th from 5-7 pm and Non-Member and additional Members-Only pick-up is on Saturday, April 30th from 8 am-Noon.
